These Terms and Conditions define the rules governing the use of the HireThreeJSDevelopers.com website and the services offered through it.
The Company will provide development services according to the scope and specifications defined in the accepted proposal or service agreement.
Project timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities will be described in the relevant documentation.
Unless otherwise specified, proposals issued by the Company remain open for acceptance for thirty (30) days from the date of submission.
After this period, the Company may revise the proposal before continuing discussions.
Invoices issued by the Company should be paid within five (5) calendar days unless different payment terms are specified in the Agreement.
Payments may be structured according to project milestones or development stages.
If the Client requests modifications to the agreed scope of work, such requests must be communicated in writing.
The Company will review the request and inform the Client about any potential impact on cost, timeline, or deliverables.
Where changes substantially affect the Project scope, a revised proposal may be required.
Deliverables will undergo internal review before being provided to the Client.
The Client should review the delivered work and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe to support the continuation of the Project.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Company may reference completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, or professional presentations.
During the course of cooperation, both parties may exchange information that is not publicly available. Such information should be handled responsibly and used only for the purposes related to the Project.
Disclosure to third parties should occur only with permission from the party that provided the information or where disclosure is required by law.
The Company provides services as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement establishes an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the parties.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s financial responsibility in connection with services provided under the Agreement will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant Project.
The Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses.
Tools, development frameworks, and internal methodologies used by the Company remain its property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. The version applicable to a Project will be the one in effect at the time the Agreement was accepted.
